“I have had it for about 6 weeks, and while not over weight I wanted to improve my overall condition and increase my metabolic rate. I believe this has been achieved. From the very first I noticed a loosening of belt and cloths and my general body appeared to be less endowed with "age fat." (I am naturally slim) I am 54 years old.
I certainly have noticed also that I seem to sometimes crave food, but then at other times I feel like I don't need to eat for hours and hours and I feel great!
